Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase. If your shirt doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
- Exchanges are available for size changes only.
- All requests must be made within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us at ferrousmettle@gmail.com with your order number and request.
- Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
We only offer refunds in the case of:
- Defective items
- Incorrect items sent
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of purchase. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
